Our customer (a 2000 employee, international operating Engineering Services company) wanted to make the international automotive testing tooling market accessible. To reach this goal we developed a business plan together with a small but very eager inhouse team. To make the most use of the available time we started to test the market from the very beginning. While further utilizing this agile approach we managed to develop a robust and innovative business plan which had a huge impact on the market.
Currently we are supporting this customer with further implementing the details of the strategy to ensure the long-term success.
